Your guests may have heard of Singing Waiter acts before. But unless they’ve seen us in action (lucky them!) they will never have experienced something quite like The Tailors. Our unique skills of comedy personalisation, changing the lyrics to be all about the event and key guests, are truly unforgettable and are always labelled the highlight of the event!
SOCIAL DISTANCING: Just to put your mind at ease, our act can be modified to be socially distanced, as long as there is enough venue space available. Let us know what you’re working with and we’d be happy to provide a risk assessment to outline how we can minimise the risks to your guests, and our team.
NO WAITERS?: Our team can play guests, cleaners, security guards, ‘social distancing’ enforcer stewards, or go around offering hand sanitiser - and comedy moments can be thrown in throughout the acting time, not just the surprise! Let us know the situation at your event and we can consult with you about the best ways we can blend in - or stand out, depending on what you want!

And our performances can be tweaked to suit every age group and occasion. We bring all of our own sound equipment (required with over 35 guests) and will soundcheck and rehearse in the space prior to your guests arriving. Then we reappear, disguised as waiters - we sometimes play other characters too, such as chefs, event guests, or managers dependent on the event!
The Show…
Act ONe - nothing to see here…
We go undercover…we get really stuck in, serving your guests throughout the drinks reception, meal, or buffet. We perfectly blend in with the waiting staff and interact with your guests as much as we can!
Act two - the surprise
At the right moment and perfectly planned out with you, we will execute a ‘scene’ to get everyone’s attention - this can be as outrageous, or as tame, as you like!
Act three - Let’s get personal!
Then we grab our mics as the big secret is revealed. But the surprises don’t end there! With each new song in the medley, a new twist is revealed - we know all about you, and it’s time to make all your guests fall over laughing, and wonder who we’ll be singing about next!
Act four - it’s party time!
After the personalised medley set, it’s time to get the guests on their feet and joining in. We sing a couple of singalong numbers to get everybody grooving, banging on the tables - just having a whale of a time!
